This delicious oatmeal is sure to warm you up and give you comfort on the coldest of winter mornings.
Coconut Golden Chai Oatmeal [Vegan]
- 1/2 cup oats medium ground "porridge oats"
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon all spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 3 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Add all the ingredients to a pan and bring it to a boil.
- When it starts boiling continually stir the oatmeal for about 5 to 7 minutes or until it has reached your desired consistency.
- Serve with fruits of choice and some coconut yogurt (optional)
