How to Prepare Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Bark [Vegan]
- Melt the cacao butter or coconut oil. Add cacao powder and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
- Add all the ingredients for the peanut butter swirl to a small bowl and stir until well combined. Set aside.
- Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper, or use silicone molds, and pour in the chocolate mixture.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate mixture. Using a knife or a spoon, swirl the peanut butter mixture into the chocolate. Add optional roasted peanut and sprinkle on extra sea salt.
- Put the dish into the freezer to set.
- Remove from the freezer and break chocolate peanut butter bark into bite-sized pieces.
