Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 150 ml almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • zest 1 orange
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or equivalent sweetener of your choice

Preparation

  1. Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl and leave in a refrigerator overnight.
  2. The next morning when ready to devour top with vegan Greek yogurt, homemade granola and cocoa nibs.
