How to Prepare 3-Ingredient Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream [Vegan]
- Throw all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until well mixed and smooth, scraping down the sides often.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with cacao nibs.
- Can be kept in a covered container in the freezer for a few days.
I make ice cream like this (frozen bananas, peanut butter and cocoa powder) all the time in my blender (not a high-priced or very powerful blender) and have no trouble with it getting the job done. Love the ice cream and don\’t feel guilty eating it.

My advice, don’t use frozen straight from the freezer. It broke my Cuisinart and refused to blend in my blender. They need to be semi thawed. Not likely to make this again
