Ingredients You Need for Chocolate Fondant [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
How to Prepare Chocolate Fondant [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Preheat the oven to 355°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the cacao powder and ground almonds and stir together. Pop the avocado in a food processor or mash well by hand, then add this in and give it a good mix.
- In a bowl over a saucepan half full of water over a medium heat, combine the maple syrup, raw chocolate, coconut oil, and cacao butter and keep stirring until they form a smooth, chocolatey liquid. Pour this into the mixing bowl along with the flax eggs and stir everything together until really well combined.
- Pour the mixture into 2 ramekins greased with a little coconut oil. Bake for around 20 minutes or until the top has just started to form a crust. Leave for about a minute before turning out very gently, using a sharp knife to help the sides come away. Serve naked or with a drizzle of melted raw chocolate and a sprinkle of coconut.
