How to Prepare Chocolate Chip Chickpea Brownies [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Preheat the oven to 360oF and line a 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add all of the ingredients for the fudge brownies to a blender except for the chocolate.
- Blend until completely smooth. Stir the chocolate chips/chunks into the batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Place into the the oven and bake on the center rack for 25 to 35 minutes.
- Allow the bars to sit 1 hour before cutting to help them set, preferably the next day after being in the pan the refrigerator overnight.
