Chipotle and Pumpkin Spiced Hummus [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 1 15-ounce can organic chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning (mix of chipotle, chili powder, Himalayan salt, paprika, black pepper, cumin, garlic)
- 2 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
- Top with additional olive oil and paprika.
