This Cacao Maca Energizing Smoothie is definitely one of my all-time favorites. So simple, it takes only a few minutes to prepare and will boost your mood and energy levels for the whole day. As it contains maca, it will also help you to balance hormones and boost fertility.

Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- About 1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- Goji berries for topping
- Mulberries for topping
- Cacao nibs for topping
Preparation
- Place everything in your blender (except the goji, cacao nibs, and mulberries) and blend until nice and creamy.
- Add more non-dairy milk to obtain a more liquid texture.
- Garnish with the toppings of your choice. Here I used gojis, cacao nibs and mulberries.
Notes
You can add a couple of dates or 1/2 banana if you’d like something sweeter.
