Cacao Coffee [Vegan]
- 2 shots espresso (or 1 cup brewed coffee)
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons flax meal
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
- ice, if you like
- cinnamon for sprinkling
- Combine all ingredients except cinnamon in a food processor and blend until combined.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
