This brownie batter hummus is paleo, gluten-free, and vegan. It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day, one of those chocolate craving days, or… well… any day that needs to end in chocolate. It’s also NOT made with chickpeas. So it really does taste like brownie batter. Only healthier.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 Cup Cashews
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Vegan Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Seed Butter

Preparation

  1. Soak cashews for 2-4 hours.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix together all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  4. Stop and scrape as needed.
  5. Add more vegan milk until hummus reaches your desired consistency.
