How to Prepare Banana Split [Vegan]
- Blend ingredients of each ice cream separately, and pour the mixtures into ice cube molds.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let freeze for 2-3 hours.
- While waiting for the ice creams cubes to harden, blend the ingredients for the sauces.
- Once the ice creams cubes are hard, place them in the blender. Blend each flavor separately to obtain three different ice creams.
- Cut a banana in half, lengthwise.
- Scoop each ice cream, and place the scoops in the middle of the open banana.
- Garnish the scoops of ice cream with caramel sauce and melted chocolate. You can also add cacao nibs, dehydrated or fresh strawberries, shredded coconut...
