Ingredients You Need for Baked Deluxe Potatoes With Mayo Sauce [Vegan]
How to Prepare Baked Deluxe Potatoes With Mayo Sauce [Vegan]
For Deluxe Potatoes:
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges. It is not necessary to peel them beforehand.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl and add all the spices, flour, and corn starch. Add a good stream of olive oil and stir until the potatoes are covered with spices.
- Cover a baking sheet with vegetable paper and preheat the oven to 356ºF. Place the potatoes on the tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
For the Vegan Mayo Sauce:
- Prepare the mayonnaise or use a store-bought vegan mayonnaise. Pour all the ingredients for the vegan mayo in the blender and mix until the mayonnaise becomes thick.
- Add all of the ingredients in the blender glass and mix until it is homogeneous.
