    Ingredients You Need for Baked Deluxe Potatoes With Mayo Sauce [Vegan]

    For Deluxe Potatoes:

    • 4 large potatoes
    • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1 teaspoon oregano
    • 1 teaspoon thyme
    • 1 teaspoon tarragon
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • a pinch of pepper
    • a stream of olive oil

    For the Vegan Mayo Sauce:

    • 1.75 ounces of tofu
    • 1 natural soy yogurt
    • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
    • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
    • 1/2 teaspoon dill
    • 1 tablespoon beer yeast
    • a pinch of pepper
    • 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 3 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise (store-bought or homemade)

    For Vegan Mayonnaise:

    • 1/4 cup soy milk
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon salt

    How to Prepare Baked Deluxe Potatoes With Mayo Sauce [Vegan]

    For Deluxe Potatoes:

    1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges. It is not necessary to peel them beforehand.
    2. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add all the spices, flour, and corn starch. Add a good stream of olive oil and stir until the potatoes are covered with spices.
    3. Cover a baking sheet with vegetable paper and preheat the oven to 356ºF. Place the potatoes on the tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

    For the Vegan Mayo Sauce:

    1. Prepare the mayonnaise or use a store-bought vegan mayonnaise. Pour all the ingredients for the vegan mayo in the blender and mix until the mayonnaise becomes thick.
    2. Add all of the ingredients in the blender glass and mix until it is homogeneous.
