How to Prepare Avocado and Banana Pudding [Vegan]
- Place agar agar and almond milk into a small pot and bring to a boil. Turn it down to a simmer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, whisking it constantly.
- Add banana, avocado,agar agar mix, and maple syrup to a food processor and blend, until totally smooth.
- Pour the mixture into 4 small silicon forms and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Turn the puddings out into a plate to serve.
