Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Blueberries - fresh or frozen
  • Other fruit to top with optional

Preparation

  1. Cook quinoa according to directions. 
  2. Add quinoa to a bowl, add in the maple syrup and mix it into the quinoa, add yogurt, nut butter, berries and enjoy!
