5-Ingredient Protein Quinoa Bowl [Vegan]
- 1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Blueberries - fresh or frozen
- Other fruit to top with optional
- Cook quinoa according to directions.
- Add quinoa to a bowl, add in the maple syrup and mix it into the quinoa, add yogurt, nut butter, berries and enjoy!
