    • 2 Zucchini
    • 4C Spinach, loosely packed
    • Optional—Hibiscus Flower
    Marooned
    • 1 Cucumber
    • 1 Grapefruit, fresh squeezed juice only
    • 1 Large Beet or 2 Medium
    • Optional—Holy Basil leaves

    How to Prepare Revitalize Your Day with 3 Refreshing Cold-Press Juice Recipes! [Vegan]

    1. Run all ingredients through a juicer. Optional: juice lemon using a citrus juicer, before adding to finished juice to omit bitter membranes. Juice taste better if chilled, stick it in the freezer while you clean your juicer.

    1. I DO drink smoothies or juice liek this in the mornign BUT I have to chase it with pop , OJ or milk to get the nasty taste out of my mouth, BUT still I stick to it for health.
