Founded in 2018 by a former TV exec, the restaurant has been frequented by Tiffany Haddish, Tyler Perry, Megan Thee Stallion, Taraji P. Henson, and Woody Harrelson.

Slutty Vegan serves late-night vegan food, including burgers and other late-night favorites. Burgers include the “One Night Stand” and “Sloppy Toppy.” Cole also serves a plant-based bratwurst (“Big Dawg”) and plant-based chicken sandwiches (“Chik’N Head.”)

She told Fast Company that many of her customers are meat-eaters. “My mission is not to tell people that you’re going to go to hell if you’re not vegan,” she told the outlet. “My mission is to get people to understand that all it takes is one step. And you’re halfway there.”
