In this video, Kristina tells you her her favorite kitchen essentials for preparing raw food. Some of the must-have tools for raw eating is a great knife, a blender, wooden bowls and utensils, a strainer and a juicer. Raw Food Prep and Salad Dressing

Perhaps the first and most basic meal every new raw foodie should learn to make is a lovely, nutritious and filling salad. Shake things up and whip up your own creation; you’ll reap the benefits from ditching the bottled stuff.

Low Fat Raw Vegan Road Trip

What should a raw foodie do when there’s an upcoming road trip to a location that will have little to no organic food or produce? Well, don’t count on gas stations…they have options, of course, but it’s good to be prepared and know some meals and snacks you can make and pack to take with you. In this video, Dara will teach you some of the recipes she made for her own road trip. One idea she has is to make smoothies and store them in mason jars.

How to Prepare Your Raw Food for the Week

In this video, raw foodie Tammy will show you how to store your leafy greens throughout the week. No one likes skimpy, faded lettuce, so there are some tricks you can use to prevent them from wilting in your refrigerator. She will also take you through the process of cleaning and prepping fruits and veggies for juicing. This is a great video for beginners who have purchased a bunch of raw produce but don’t know where the heck to start with the cleaning, storing, and prep work.
