Alexandra Evans

Alexandra is a writer and vegan cooking enthusiast with a passion for wellness and plant-based nutrition. She is a 2013 graduate of Ithaca College, where she studied Documentary Studies and Journalism. She has been a vegetarian for more than ten years and enjoys teaching others about the benefits of maintaining a healthy, meat-free lifestyle.
