Remy starts by making avocado toast as normal but adds a secret ingredient to the avocado mash. White beans are mashed up and added to the spread and seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and everything seasoning. White beans work so well because they are soft and have a subtle taste, which you’ll barely be able to notice once the avocado and seasoning are added.

Creamy and garlicky, white bean and avocado spread is simple and inexpensive but can be easily dressed up. You can eat this for lunch as often as you want, plus it’s easy to scale down (or up!). Add it to avocado toast, crostinis, and salads. The options are endless! With such a short ingredient list, you’ll be amazed at how delicious this is. If you didn’t think avocado toast could get any better, it just did!
