Gordon Ramsay has turned over a new leaf and is now going to be serving vegan burgers at his new restaurant in Chicago.

Ramsay, who was once a huge critic of all things vegan, seems to have had a change of heart.  The new Gordon Ramsay Burger Restaurant features eight signature burgers handcrafted by Ramsay, one of which is vegan! It comes with all of the tasty toppings that you would expect as well as a vegan patty as the star of the show.

This decision follows his slow journey towards becoming more open-minded about vegan foods over the last few years.

He has acknowledged the massively growing vegan movement and already added several vegan options to many of his fine dining restaurants. The celebrity cook has also created several TikTok videos showing how he makes different vegan substitutes, such as crispy vegan bacon.

Overall, the cook has made a huge amount of improvement in his attitude towards the vegan community. Hopefully, he will continue to try vegan options and maybe even go vegan himself one day!
