A new study has found that 55% of Americans are suffering from “cooking fatigue” during the pandemic. 2,000 Americans participated in a study that examined recent cooking habits and many expressed frustration with eating so many meals at home.
Because we are spending more time at home, many people are cooking an average of nine meals a week. And we’re having trouble finding variety. The average study participant had cooked the same meal 28 times since the start of the pandemic!

Many wish that cooking was less time consuming and 7 in 10 answered that they wish they could make a healthier dinner, faster. People lamented the prep work that goes into making a meal and 40% find planning meals every night to be tricky.
