She blends avocado, fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt to make the sauce. Then, “you just toss it together [with pasta] and you’ve got dinner on the table!” she says. Super easy! Then, she shows us how to make dessert: thin crispy cinnamon espresso chocolate chip cookies.

In this video, Chloe invites her meat-eating friends to enjoy a meal of fettuccine alfredo. She makes it with an almond-based cream sauce, and her friends approve! The color of the pasta is gorgeous and one of her friends even says they wouldn’t dare put a meatball in the dish. Another said they wouldn’t have thought it was vegan had they not known before eating. Success! Chloe also makes chocolate mousse with edible chocolate cups.
Vegan Recipe: Falafel Sliders
In this clip, Chloe teaches us how to make falafel sliders with avocado hummus. She says this is a great recipe to try as a baby step into vegan cooking if you’ve never tried it before, because they’re easy to make and everyone loves falafel. Use chickpeas as the main ingredient, and use chickpea flour to bind everything together.
