Rejoice! The first ever Bath Vegan Festival is taking place this weekend, July 28th, at the Pavillion!
There will be seventy different stalls including cooked and raw foods, cakes, sandwiches, salads, beauty and skincare products, candles, cheeses, crafts, healthy treats, clothing, drinks, juices and more. There will be a variety of vegan caterers, free samples, nutritional advice and all day demos. Stall meals will include dishes like vegan pot pies, uniquely sweet donuts, veggie hot dogs, coffee cakes, garlicky pasta, energy bites and more.
Enjoy tasty meals while watching all-day inspirational speakers and interactive workshops.
Stallholders are being asked to Donate any surplus food at the end of the festival, which a group of volunteers can then distribute to homeless people after the event, providing a hot meal as well as cold dishes.
Victoria Bryceson, the festival organizer, said, “The idea behind the festival is to educate and inform everyone about the vegan lifestyle and offer Support to anybody who would like it.” Vegan festivals are popping up around the world, at an exciting rate!
