How to Prepare Spicy Hitchhiker Margarita [Vegan]
- In a pint glass or the smaller half of a cocktail shaker, muddle the 2 jalapeño slices and the remaining lime slice with the simple syrup.
- In the larger half of the cocktail shaker, add the tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, lime juice, and orange juice. Combine the two parts and shake well.
- Pour (don’t strain) the contents of the cocktail shaker into the prepared glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with the jalapeño slice and lime wheel.
