    Ingredients You Need for Buffalo Mac and Cheese [Vegan]

    • 1 box of cavatappi pasta
    • 2 cups of oat milk
    • 1/2 cup vegan cheddar
    • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    • soy nuggets, breaded
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • vegan buffalo sauce

    How to Prepare Buffalo Mac and Cheese [Vegan]

    1. In large pot, boil water and add salt, once the water is boiling, add pasta.
    2. Stir occasionally and cook al dente, once done, strain pasta.
    3. In sauce pan over medium heat, add oat milk, vegan cheddar, nutritional yeast and seasonings. Cook until milk is boiling and vegan cheese is melted.
    4. Cook your soy nuggets as the package suggests.
    5. Add pasta and cheese sauce in large skillet on low heat and stir together.
    6. Add your crispy nuggets into your pasta and add buffalo sauce to your liking serve and enjoy!
