How to Prepare Basil Arugula Pesto with Walnuts [Vegan]
Add all of the ingredients to your Vitamix and blend in short bursts for 1 minute, or until everything is well combined. Add more lemon juice and olive oil as needed to help the mixture blend. Continue blending until you have a creamy pesto. Adjust according to taste, adding more lemon juice, olive oil, salt or garlic, as desired.
