Petition: Demand Justice for Apollo the Starved Dog in Ohio

Apollo the dog fought to live. After allegedly being left tied up and starved, he broke free in a desperate bid for survival. But by the time he reached the side of the road, he was so emaciated he collapsed. Despite the tireless care of a veterinary technician who fostered him, Apollo died just a week later.

Authorities have since charged his former owner with animal abuse. This must not end with one case—we need to ensure this person is permanently banned from owning animals, and stronger protections are put in place to stop more dogs from suffering the same fate. Every neglected animal deserves justice and a chance at life.
