Dear Earth is a Youtube original that will star Kermit the Frog encouraging the world to do better at protecting the earth.

This is just one way that people have been trying to spread awareness about the environment and the climate crisis. As Youtube and Google have been prioritizing informative and educational content on the environment and Climate change.

This Muppets star isn’t the only notable figure starred in Dear Earth. As many other celebrities, social media influencers, and public features will have a place as well.

Kermit the Frog will open up the original Youtube video saying, “It’s really sad. Frogs are what we call a bellwether species, which means we feel the impact of changes in the climate and in the environment before people and others do. And what’s happening to frogs is a warning to the world. We have to do a better job of making sure that this planet is here for everybody, for all species, for now, and forever. And the Earth needs us to keep it healthy so it can keep us safe.”

Kermit, along with these other notable figures, will help to show how the environment is suffering and what that means for us and the animals. Encouraging people to make better and more sustainable decisions.

Kermit said, “Naturally, I wanted to be part of this special, because well, I am part of nature. Actually, we’re all part of nature, but frogs like me are a little closer to the ground, so we tend to get the message first. You see, everybody can make a difference. And I just really wanted to be a part of that.”
