In California, a cosmetologist built a Prince-themed cat bathroom, solving a practical problem in the most delightfully personal way imaginable. Meanwhile, in Florida, a labrador named Leia has her own furnished bedroom featuring a single bed and a clothing rail stocked with color-coordinated collars.

What makes this trend so meaningful is not just the creativity involved, but what it says about our understanding of animal wellness. As one rabbit owner put it, these creatures are intelligent and complex, and they deserve more than an afterthought. When we invest time and imagination into the spaces our companions inhabit, we are acknowledging that their comfort genuinely matters.
