Speaking of the other cat, one user comments: “He was like, ‘don’t do it, bro, don’t do it’.”
Cats have a natural instinct to climb and perch in high places. This behavior is rooted in their wild ancestors, who used to climb trees to avoid predators, hunt for prey, and establish a territory.
In domestic cats, this behavior is often seen as a way to observe their surroundings and feel safe and secure. Being up high allows them to keep an eye on their environment, and this gives them a sense of control and comfort. Additionally, cats are natural climbers and have a unique ability to balance and move nimbly in narrow spaces, which allows them to explore and access new areas.
