PETA senior vice president Lisa Lange told PageSix that they are “hoping hard that she does not relegate her dogs to life in a garage,” especially because Kim Kardashian is “anti-fur and mostly vegan.”

In the since-removed clips that were posted on the Kardashian’s mother-and-daughter TikTok account, @kimandnorth, the dogs, Sushi and Sake, appear to be living in a garage that does not have windows and just a few rugs over concrete. Although it is not known to be the primary pad of the pets, the holiday decor of a small Christmas tree and stocking in the video suggests that it likely is.

Many people were confused as to why Kardashian, who is very wealthy, would not find a warmer place for her pets.

“What PETA does know is that dogs are highly social pack animals who need more than just soft beds and decorative stockings: They deserve to feel safe, loved, and to live inside the house as part of the family,” Lange added.

The videos have since been removed, and Kardashian has not made any comments about the video. All we can hope is that Sushi and Sake are living good lives in a warm and safe place.
