  • 6 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon chickpeas (cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1.2 ounce breadcrumbs mixed with oregano
  • 1 egg replacer of your choice

How to Prepare Tempeh Chickpea Patties [Vegan]

  1. Add the tempeh, sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas, raisins, and egg replacer in a food processor, and process until smooth.
  2. Mix in the breadcrumbs with the oregano.
  3. Shape into patties (use about 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time).
  4. Fry in a pan with a bit of oil until golden on each side.
