Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • water as needed
  • any desired toppings

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients (excluding toppings) into a medium saucepan and bring to boil.
  2. Keep stirring as it will thicken up quickly and add water if needed.
  3. Once you have a lovely thick consistency, let it sit for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into your bowl, add toppings and enjoy the goodness!
