Cooking Time




  1. Cook the TVP according to package instructions and let cool in the fridge or freezer while you prep the grapes and onion.
  2. Mince the onion, chop the celery, and slice the grapes into halves or quarters.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl with the mayonnaise.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve on a sandwich, in a salad, or on crackers.
