    • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
    • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
    • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 3 tablespoons almond milk

    For the Pizza:

    • Pizza crust of your choice
    • Cashew cheese
    • Marinara sauce
    • Carrots, shredded
    • Sautéed cauliflower, as needed
    • 1 white onion, sliced
    • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 7-ounce block baked tofu
    • Radishes, sliced
    • Jalapeño, to taste
    • Sprouts, to garnish
    • Fresh mint, cilantro, and basil, to garnish

    How to Prepare Thai Pizza With Cauliflower Leeks Tofu and Spicy Peanut Sauce [Vegan]

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Make the peanut sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mixing until smooth.
    2. Prepare your pizza crust. Lay on a layer of cashew cheese, then marinara sauce.
    3. Follow with carrots, onion, leeks, pepper, baked tofu, radishes, jalapeño, and herbs. Bake for 15 minutes.
    4. Remove from oven and add sprouts, peanut sauce, and more herbs.
