How to Prepare Thai Pizza With Cauliflower Leeks Tofu and Spicy Peanut Sauce [Vegan]
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Make the peanut sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mixing until smooth.
- Prepare your pizza crust. Lay on a layer of cashew cheese, then marinara sauce.
- Follow with carrots, onion, leeks, pepper, baked tofu, radishes, jalapeño, and herbs. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add sprouts, peanut sauce, and more herbs.
