Tahini Sesame Cookies [Vegan]

These tahini sesame cookies are seriously addictive! They are perfectly soft, chewy and so delicious!

Ingredients You Need for Tahini Sesame Cookies [Vegan]

  • 1 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • sesame seed for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

How to Prepare Tahini Sesame Cookies [Vegan]

  1. Pre heat oven to 350ºF
  2. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside
  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  4.  Roll dough into small balls and place on your baking tray
  5. Press down lightly to create cookies shapes
  6. Top with sesame seeds
  7. Bake for around 8 minutes. The cookies are soft and chewy, bake a bit longer if you prefer them to be more crunchy
