Sweet Potato-Potato Fritters [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)


  1. Puree the potatoes in a processor and mix in ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Slice the sweet potatoes. Combine with the potato puree.
  3. Over low-medium heat, coat a pan with a generous amount of cooking oil: enough to cover the entire pan. Spoon the mixture into the pan and fry until crispy on both sides.
