  • 1 sheet vegan puffed pastry
  • 2 cups granny smith apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup California dried prunes
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons organic brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Into medium sized bowl, add your apples, plums, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir till well combined.Line a baking sheet or pizza screen with parchment and lightly grease with coconut oil spray. Gently place over your puff pastry and to the middle add your apple mixture. leave around 1 inch around for the crust and folding. Level your mixture out then begin folding over the sides to create a cute crust/pinched affect. Spray uncooked dough with coconut oil before baking.
  3. Once ready bake in the over for around 20-25 minutes or until golden brown! You can check your apples and see if they're cooked, if they are, then you know it's ready!
