    Ingredients You Need for Sweet Lime Slaw [Vegan]

    For the Dressing:

    • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
    • 2 teaspoons of lime zest (about 1 large lime)
    • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce

    For the Slaw:

    • 3 cups of red cabbage, shredded (about ½ of a small head)
    • 1 cup of shredded carrot (1 large carrot)
    • 1/2 cup of cilantro, chopped

    How to Prepare Sweet Lime Slaw [Vegan]

    1. Using the shredding attachment in a food processor, shred the red cabbage and carrot. Add the vegetables to a large mixing bowl with the cilantro. (You can also use a sharp knife to finely chop the vegetables.)
    2. Whisk the lime juice & zest, maple syrup, salt, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
    3. Toss the sweet lime dressing with the cabbage mixture until well-coated.
