Super Power Chia Bread [Vegan, Gluten-Free]






  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats, ground into flour
  • 1/4 cup of unroasted buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoons of salt or sea pink
  • 1/4 tablespoons of dried garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups of water
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 355°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, then stir in the water and mix to combine.
  3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and grease with 1/2 tablespoon water. Spread batter evenly over the pan. The thinner you spread it, the crisper it will be.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly browned.
