Cooking Time

For the Popsicles:

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 2 tablespoon agave
  • 1 tablespoon triple sec

For the Garnish:

  • Extra tequila (optional)
  • Margarita salt (optional)
  • Sugar (optional)

  1. Add all the ingredients into the blender and purée until smooth. Pour the purée into the ice pop molds, insert the sticks and freeze until solid.
  2. To serve, fill a glass with warm to hot water and dip the popsicle into the water, not quite to the rim. Count 5-10 seconds, remove from the water and slip off the cover. Serve as is or with optional garnish: Dip the popsicle in a little tequila and sprinkle with a bit of margarita salt, or for a sweeter ice pop, dip and sprinkle with sugar.
