Spinach and Garlic White Bean Dip [Vegan]
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 1/2 cup white beans
- 3 to 6 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Drain and rinse your can of beans and peel the whole garlic.
- Add all of your ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for around one to three minutes until your dip is smooth. You may have to pause and use a spoon to scrape the dip down the sides of your blender a few times.
- Scoop dip into a serving bowl and top with olive oil, fresh basil, and more black pepper.
