  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 1/2 cup white beans
  • 3 to 6 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse your can of beans and peel the whole garlic.
  2. Add all of your ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for around one to three minutes until your dip is smooth. You may have to pause and use a spoon to scrape the dip down the sides of your blender a few times.
  3. Scoop dip into a serving bowl and top with olive oil, fresh basil, and more black pepper.
