  • 1 banana
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups soy milk (more or less depending on how thick you want the smoothie to be)
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup silken tofu (optional)


  1. Put everything in the blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
