Ingredients You Need for Sautéed Avocados [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  • 4-5 avocados
  • 1-2 tsp EV Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1-2 tsp Lemon/Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped Cilantro
  • Salt to taste

How to Prepare Sautéed Avocados [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Cut avocados lengthwise and peel off the skin. Remove the seed and chop them in bite size cubes.
  2. Gently saute the cubed avocados with little olive oil, cumin powder, red chilli flakes, and salt for about 5-8mins.
  3. Switch off the heat and add the chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and salt.
