Raw Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 1/2 tablespoons almond or coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- Process almonds in a food processor for ~3 minutes, until a fine powder.
- Add tahini and blend another 30 seconds.
- Transfer to a bowl. Add flour, cinnamon and cacao. Stir to combine.
- Roll batter into 1 1/2 inch balls. Voila!
Store in the refrigerator.
