This Vegan Peanut Butter No Bake Pie with a yummy oaty crust and chocolatey topping is a simple to prepare and super delicious dessert. It is also gluten-free and refined sugar free.

Ingredients You Need for Peanut Butter Pie [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1 tablespoon vegan fruit syrup
  • Scoop of vegan protein
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

For the Filling:

  • 6 1/4 ounces tofu
  • 3 tablespoons peanut powder
  • 1 tablespoon vegan fruit syrup
  • 1/2 cup tinned coconut milk
  • Topping: vegan chocolate of your choice

How to Prepare Peanut Butter Pie [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the base in a blender until a sticky dough forms
  2. Flatten the base into a round silicone cake mould
  3. Add the topping ingredients into a blender until smooth. Taste and adjust adding more peanut powder or fruit syrup if required.
  4. Pour the topping over the base and then sprinkle with the chopped chocolate.
  5. Place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to set before serving.
  6. Store in the Fridge.
