Parsley Pear Green Smoothie [Vegan]

Cooking Time



  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 medium nashi pear / Asian pear / apple pear
  • 1 medium pear
  • 1 medium apple , sweet e.g. Royal Gala
  • 1 medium apple , green e.g. Granny Smith
  • 2 medium plums
  • 6 medium bananas
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Remove seed from plum, skin & seed from avocado, skin from bananas and stalks from pears and apples.
  2. Chop fruit roughly.
  3. Add ingredients to blender in order listed.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.


You can halve this recipe if you like. And if you don’t want half fruits lying around just put the whole fruit in and see how it goes.
