Ingredients You Need for Nut-Free Apple and Strawberry Crumble [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

For the Fruit Layer:

  • 5 apples
  • 10.6 ounces strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Crumble:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • A pinch of salt

How to Prepare Nut-Free Apple and Strawberry Crumble [Vegan, Gluten-Free]

  • Preheat the oven to 360°F.
  • Wash and peel the apples. Cut them into about 16 pieces each.
  • Place them in pan along with the maple syrup and the ground cinnamon. Let the pieces get soft for about 3 minutes then add the strawberries and let them cook for another 3 minutes.
  • For the crumble, just place all the ingredients in a food processor and press 2 times to get that crumble texture.
  • Place the fruit in a tray and pour your crumble on top.
  • Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes or until it gets golden brown on top.
