How to Prepare Nut-Free Apple and Strawberry Crumble [Vegan, Gluten-Free]
- Preheat the oven to 360°F.
- Wash and peel the apples. Cut them into about 16 pieces each.
- Place them in pan along with the maple syrup and the ground cinnamon. Let the pieces get soft for about 3 minutes then add the strawberries and let them cook for another 3 minutes.
- For the crumble, just place all the ingredients in a food processor and press 2 times to get that crumble texture.
- Place the fruit in a tray and pour your crumble on top.
- Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes or until it gets golden brown on top.
