Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup brown rice syrup
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon maple extract
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
Preparation
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt your almond butter until a creamy consistency. Once melted, mix the maple syrup, brown rice syrup, and maple extract until combined.
- Add in the oat flour, chopped almonds, and sea salt. Mix well (this will take a few minutes, so don't add any other ingredients).
- Press into an 8x8-inch baking tray, and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove and place in the fridge for 30 more minutes.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
