Cooking Time

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup brown rice syrup
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt your almond butter until a creamy consistency. Once melted, mix the maple syrup, brown rice syrup, and maple extract until combined.
  2. Add in the oat flour, chopped almonds, and sea salt. Mix well (this will take a few minutes, so don't add any other ingredients).
  3. Press into an 8x8-inch baking tray, and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove and place in the fridge for 30 more minutes.
  4. Cut into bars and enjoy!
