A crisp, puffy dumpling made with a vegan crab and cheese mixture — except, it tastes better than the real thing! A salty, fried treat that makes a perfect bite-sized appetizer or addition to a meal.
Hearts of Palm ‘Crab’ Rangoon [Vegan]
- Chop hearts of palm and green onions.
- Mix with vegan cream cheese.
- Put a small amount of the mixture in the middle of a wonton wrapper. Paint the edges of the wrapper with water and pinch together. Make as many wontons as you can.
- Fry is heated oil until golden.
